This point is regarding biweekly EC meetings. In reality, the agendas are sent to the EC list 5 days prior to the meeting, however between the two meetings it it not realistic to recieve feedback after publishing agenda whoch is still subject to changes. Therefore, we suggest to delete this as publishing biweekly agendas is not effective. This is a practive for Live EC meetings to ensure transparent work of EC. However, EC will work on finding new mechanisms to ensure transparency, receive feedback and create a mechanism for MOs to be able to add points for discussion on EC agenda.
